The Rolex Day-Date 18038 was the first DD to be equipped with sapphire glass. It’s movement now had a quick-set function for the date; it is generally referred to as the ‘single quick’. The example posted has a yellow gold body and bracelet plus a champagne dial; the most common configuration.
