to be able to confidently buy or source a watch without any doubts.
Most of the buying or sourcing process is done online so you don’t have to take time out of your day to visit jewelry store after jewelry store just to be disappointed by the selection, the quality or the service.
Instead, we conveniently provide options to you online. Every time we present an option to you, you are entitled to a full video tour of the watch via recorded video or a live video call. If you like what you see, we can securely deliver the watch to you via priority overnight, fully insured shipping with signature required.
1. Request A Watch
Provide an accurate representation of the watch that you want including brand, model, reference number, style, colors, configuration, etc.
We will guide you on what options make sense based on your description and what would fit best in your collection.
Once you decide on the top three options, we start gathering options from our inventory or from our partner inventory.
2. Verify Your Options
Once we have your top three options in hand, we offer you a live or recorded tour of each watch.
Every tour includes a timegraph test, functions test, condition test, and verification of set contents.

3. Fund & Receive
When you decide on one (or all three) of the options, we will prepare your choices for shipment. The shipments are fully insured and will be delivered priority overnight with signature required.
We record the packing process so you know exactly what you will be getting in the package. The recorded video will also serve as a failsafe in case we have to contact insurance for any reason.
When funds are received, we send the package(s) to you.
While the package is in transit, we closely monitor the whereabouts of the package until it has arrived to your doorstep or is ready to be picked up from a secure location.
When you receive the watch, you verify that it has been received exactly as described, or better, and then we congratulate you on your new piece in your collection!
