Most of the selling or trading process is done online so you don’t have to take time out of your day to retrieve your watch, be concerned about the safety of your watch on the way to a store, drive to the store, wait for the store to give you a value, and be rushed to accept the store’s offer or not.
Instead, we conveniently provide an estimate to you online. If our estimate is within your range, you can deliver the watch to us and we will handle the whole process from there.
1. Get An Estimate
Provide an accurate representation of your watch and all of the contents that come along with is.
We will guide you on how you can accurately present your watch so that we will give you the highest estimate.
Once we receive the details and pictures of your watch, we will provide you with an estimate. If the estimate is within the range you expected, we will provide you instructions on shipping the watch to us so we can verify the estimate and get you paid.
2. Verify Your Estimate
Once we receive the watch, we do a full inspection of the watch’s condition, functionality, and performance. We also make sure that the contents of the set are included as expected.
If the watch and contents are received as described/expected, we will verify the estimate and move forward with getting you paid.
If the watch and contents are not received as described/expected, we will adjust the estimate and ask for your approval before getting you paid.

3. Get Paid
Once we verify your estimate, we can release funds to your bank account or use those funds as trade-in credit towards any watch in our inventory, or any watch that we are able to source for you.
