While we strive for 100% satisfaction on all of our transactions, please note that Majestix Collection does not offer any refunds on in-store boutique sales, or international sales. Also, there are no refunds on items that are on memo, special order, and/or custom orders.
OUR 5 DAY REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS
Our 5 day refund policy is subject to the following conditions:
- The watch must be returned in its original box with everything it came with and with all protective plastics/tape and hang tags intact, and with all accessories, including boxes and papers. Until you are positive you will be keeping the watch, kindly refrain from wearing it. It is almost impossible to wear a watch for even a day and for the watch not be blemished or scratched. Please do not have the bracelet sized (links removed), or any straps cut.
- Please inform one of our Majestix Collection representatives of your intention to return the watch before you ship the merchandise. We expect the same level of security and shipping when you are getting the package back to us. All return shipments must be postmarked before the 5th calendar day from receipt of your watch and are sent at your sole shipping cost and insurance expenses. Collect shipping will be refused. Please be sure to insure the contents for their full value as we are not responsible for lost packages. Upon receipt, all items will undergo a thorough inspection by one of our watchmakers to ensure that the watch is in the original condition in which it was sold and it includes all tags (especially any “non-removable” tags), items/accessories, etc, before we will issue a refund.
- Any watches returned with factory stickers or tags removed will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, but could decrease the refund by as much as 20% of the purchase price.
- Credit will then be issued in the same form that your payment was made. We cannot refund you cash for a purchase you made with a credit card.
- Our return policy does not apply to any purchases made by any watch manufacturer, watch brand distributors, and/or any person acting on behalf of any of these entities in any capacity. Purchases made by the aforementioned entities may not be returned for any reason under any circumstances.
