Information We Collect

We only collect the information that you voluntarily give us. Ee do not solicit or store any “sensitive” or “special categories of personal data” as defined under European data protection laws. Furthermore, our site is not directed to individuals under the age of sixteen (16). If you learn that your minor child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please notify us immediately.

Information Use

We use the information collected to personalize our marketing and product offerings to you for a better user experience, as well as superb customer support. For example, we use the information collected for tailoring your experience to show you content we think you might be interested in, and making recommendations of sites to follow. We do not store information longer than we need it. The cookies we set expire no later than 30 days after they were last accessed. Majestix Collection uses industry-standard physical, electronic, and procedural measures designed to protect and safeguard the information collected, but cannot be found responsible for any actions conducted by outside entities or any malicious third party. We do not guarantee any transmission of information to be secure or completely guarded against any susceptible risk.

Sensitive Data

We request that you do not send us any sensitive data such as social security or national identification numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, biometrics or genetic, criminal background or trade union membership information. If you do send us this information, then you are consenting to its processing in accordance with this privacy policy. To avoid processing of sensitive data, do not submit it.

We may have links or advertisements from third-party entities, that we do not operate. We may also include a widget from a third party on our websites that allows interaction or content sharing by users. “Widgets” are mini-programs (such as a Facebook “Share” or “Like” button) that provide specific services or content from a third party. If you click on either a third-party link or widget, you will be taken directly to that site which is governed by its own privacy notice. We strongly encourage you to read that privacy notice. We do not control that site or widget and assume no responsibility for the content, policies, or its practices.
