The 2020 Patek 4910/1200A represents an updated take on the original 1999 Twenty~4 Ref. 4910/10A. The dial, with the 4910/1200A-011 (a 2022 addition) executed in Green, sees the former Roman numerals replaced with applied Arabic numerals in gold, whilst trapeze-shaped gold markers take the place of the diamond markers. Inside ticks the quartz caliber E15.
