The 2020 Patek Twenty-4 represents an updated take on the original 1999 Twenty~4 Ref. 4910/10A. The dial, with the Rose Gold 4910/1201R-001 executed in Brown, sees the former Roman numerals replaced with applied Arabic numerals in gold, whilst trapeze-shaped gold markers take the place of the diamond markers. Inside ticks the quartz caliber E15.
