The Patek Twenty-4 Automatic was introduced in 2018 as a new and revamped take on Patek’s most popular ladies watch. It features a round / cushion-esque case which houses the self-winding caliber 324 S C. With reference 7300/1200R-010 both case and bracelet are done in rose gold, while the silver dial features a subtle pattern reminiscent of Shantung silk.
