The Patek Philippe 992/122G is part of a series of unique pieces made in honor of the 2017 Art of Watches Grand Exhibition in New York, paying tribute to the history, culture and nature of the USA. This particular example has an image of wild horses in cloisonné enamel on its hinged case back, and a hand-engraved case band.
