Introduced in 1996 and discontinued in 2011, the 5004 is one of Patek’s icons. Featuring a split seconds chronograph and perpetual calendar on Lemania base, the case still measures a discrete 36.7mm. The present example is housed in a yellow gold case paired with a silver dial.
