The Patek Philippe 7000R is a ladies watch powered by Patek’s R 27 PS self-winding minute repeater movement. It features a grained cream-colored dial with gold applied Breguet numerals and a set of poire hands. It was introduced at BaselWorld 2011.Ref. 7000/50R-011 was introduced in 2019 as part of the Rare Handicrafts collection launched during the Patek Philippe Watch Art Grand Exhibition Singapore 2019.
