Tropical fish, whose myriad colors are matched only by their extraordinary markings, inspired the decorations on the dials of this limited edition in Grand Feu cloisonné enamel.For Reference 5177G-013 in white gold adorned with a handguilloched, hobnail-patterned bezel, the enameler worked with some 50 cm of gold wire measuring 0.07 mm x 0.35 mm in cross-section, and transparent, opaque and semi-opaque enamels in 19 colors. The picture underwent 9 firings at temperatures ranging from 800°C to 860°C. Reference 5077/100R-035 in rose gold called for 90 cm of gold wire measuring 0.07 mm x 0.35 mm, together with transparent, opaque and semi-opaque enamels in 33 colors, and 12 firings at between 800°C and 860°C. Its bezel and lugs are set with 113 brilliant-cut Top Wesselton Pure diamonds (~0.8 ct) and the buckle sparkles with 29 diamonds (~0.22 ct).In both models, the caliber 240 ultra-thin self-winding movement may be admired through a sapphire-crystal case backNumber of pieces currently unknown.
