The Omega Seamaster Aqua Terrra Worldtimer was first seen at BaselWorld 2017 as a limited edition of 87 pieces. featuring a platinum case. New variations, in in stainless steel or 18K Sedna gold, were added to the collection in 2019.Reference 220.50.43.22.02.001 has a Sedna gold case and matching bracelet. The center of the dial contains a 24-hour glass ring, with opaline silvery colour to indicate daytime and dark blue to indicate night. The vision of Earth is created on a grade 5 titanium plate. This has been laser-ablated to create the blue ocean, leaving a relief of the continents. The contrasting colours of the Earth’s surface are obtained naturally by the laser’s chemical reaction.Inside, the Worldtimer is driven by the Master Chronometer Calibre 8939.
