The Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Classic 3858522 was introduced at SIHH 2018. It is similar to the 2017 3858520 though fitted with a strap from the Fagliano collection. It features a stainless steel case (45.6*27.4mm) housing the hand-wound caliber 822/2 movement.
