The Vacheron Constantin American 1921 reference 1100S/000R-B430 was introduced in October of 2017 as a smaller version of the original 2008 American 1921. It features a pink gold cushion-shaped case and a silver dial with signature rotation of 45 degrees. It is delivered with both a red and a brown strap.
