The Rolex Datejust 41 reference 126333 is the Yellow Rolesor version of the 41 mm Datejust, combining an Oystersteel case and bracelet with 18 ct yellow gold on the bezel, winding crown, and centre bracelet links. It carries the date function with a Cyclops magnifier that the Datejust line established in 1945, in Rolex’s largest standard Datejust case size.
The reference was introduced at Baselworld 2016 as part of the new-generation Datejust 41 line, which replaced the Datejust II. That launch also introduced the calibre 3235 movement, which debuted in the Datejust 41.
Within the Datejust 41 range, 126333 is the two-tone yellow gold configuration with a fluted bezel. It sits alongside the steel smooth-bezel 126300, the white Rolesor fluted 126334, and the Everose Rolesor 126331. It is a regular-production model, not a limited edition, and is offered across a wide selection of dial and bracelet options.
This example carries the champagne dial with diamond hour markers, on the Oyster bracelet.

The dial is champagne coloured with a sunray finish, which produces a directional sheen that shifts as the watch moves. The hour markers are ten brilliant-cut diamonds set in 18 ct yellow gold surrounds, positioned at every hour except 12 o’clock and 3 o’clock.

At 12 o’clock the applied Rolex coronet takes the place of a marker. At 3 o’clock the date sits in a framed window beneath the Cyclops lens. The hands are yellow gold in a baton style, with a Chromalight luminescent display that emits a blue glow in low light. A printed minute track runs around the outer edge of the dial.
The dial text reads ROLEX beneath the coronet, then OYSTER PERPETUAL and DATEJUST across the upper half, with SUPERLATIVE CHRONOMETER OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED in the lower half. SWISS MADE is printed at the base of the dial, split by the coronet. The rehaut is engraved with repeating ROLEX lettering and the serial number at 6 o’clock.
The case is 41 mm in diameter, built on the Oyster architecture with a monobloc middle case, a screw-down case back, and a screw-down winding crown. The case combines brushed and polished surfaces, with the yellow gold bezel and crown providing the two-tone contrast against the steel.

The crystal is scratch-resistant sapphire with a Cyclops lens over the date at 3 o’clock. The crown uses Rolex’s Twinlock double waterproofness system and screws down against the case tube. The case back is a smooth, screw-down closed back with no display window. Water resistance is 100 metres.
The bezel is fluted and made of solid 18 ct yellow gold. It is fixed and decorative rather than functional: the fluting is a finishing and design element and carries no timing or measurement scale. The fluted bezel is one of the defining features that separates 126333 from the smooth-bezel steel 126300.
This reference is fitted with the Oyster bracelet, a three-piece link design in Yellow Rolesor, with brushed outer links and polished yellow gold centre links. The bracelet tapers from the lugs toward the clasp and attaches to the 41 mm case with a 21 mm lug width.

The clasp is a folding Oysterclasp with the Easylink comfort extension, which allows the wearer to lengthen the bracelet by approximately 5 mm without tools. The bracelet ships with around twelve links plus two fixed end links, with several of the links removable by screw for sizing.
Reference 126333 is also offered on the five-piece link Jubilee bracelet in the same Yellow Rolesor combination, likewise fitted with a folding Oysterclasp and Easylink extension. The Oyster and Jubilee are the two bracelet options under this reference, and this example is the Oyster.
The movement is the Rolex calibre 3235, an in-house automatic developed and manufactured by Rolex. It runs at 28,800 beats per hour (4 Hz), holds 31 jewels, and provides a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. Winding is bidirectional through the Perpetual rotor.
The calibre uses the Chronergy escapement, made of nickel-phosphorus for resistance to magnetic interference, together with a paramagnetic blue Parachrom hairspring and Paraflex shock absorbers. Rolex states the movement is protected by 14 patents.
The functions are centre hour, minute, and seconds hands, plus an instantaneous date at 3 o’clock with rapid setting. The movement includes a stop-seconds function for precise time setting. The date is quickset through the crown, and the seconds hand stops when the crown is pulled to the setting position.
The watch is certified as a Superlative Chronometer, which combines COSC chronometer certification with a second in-house test after casing to a precision of -2/+2 seconds per day.
The case and bracelet outer structure are Oystersteel, Rolex’s 904L stainless steel used across the Oyster Perpetual range. The bezel, winding crown, and centre bracelet links are solid 18 ct yellow gold. This steel and gold combination is Rolex’s Yellow Rolesor.
The crystal is synthetic sapphire. The hour markers are brilliant-cut diamonds set in 18 ct yellow gold, and the hands are 18 ct yellow gold carrying Chromalight luminescent material. The dial furniture and coronet are gold toned to match.
The overall material character is a two-tone dress watch built on a steel case for durability, with gold used on the bezel, crown, centre links, hands, and diamond settings for contrast and weight.

A 2025 example may arrive in either the older box or the 2025 redesigned box, depending on when in the year it was delivered, since the changeover ran through 2024 into 2025. Both are correct for the year. A service-replacement box on any example is the standard current Rolex box rather than a reference-specific design.
At sale, this reference carries the Rolex five-year international guarantee, which has applied to all new Rolex watches purchased from July 2015 onward. The guarantee runs from the activation date recorded on the guarantee card, which is completed and activated by the Official Rolex Jeweler at the point of sale and registered with Rolex. For a 2025 example the document is the glossy green credit-card-format international guarantee with NFC functionality, stored in the Rolex document wallet.

Newer version
A 2025 example ships with the glossy green NFC guarantee card (the mid-2020 to April 2026 format), activated by the dealer, with model, serial, and activation date and no purchaser-name field. Its five-year coverage runs to 2030 from the activation date. The later textured or wood-grain card is a mid-April 2026 rollout and is not correct for a 2025 example. A completed, dealer-activated card is the primary authenticity document for a full set; a blank or missing card removes that coverage and reduces the completeness of the set.
The 41 mm case is the largest standard Datejust size and wears with more presence than the 36 mm. The Oyster case profile and the flat sapphire keep the height moderate, and the watch sits as a mid-size dress piece rather than a sport watch.

The gold bezel, crown, and centre links add weight relative to an all-steel Datejust, giving the watch a more substantial feel on the wrist. The Oyster bracelet with the Easylink extension allows small adjustments for fit through the day.
The reference suits wrists in roughly the 6.5 to 8 inch range, with the Easylink and screw-removable links covering most of that span. The champagne diamond dial and fluted gold bezel place this configuration toward the dressier end of the Datejust 41 range, appropriate for formal and business wear as well as daily use.
Reference 126333 is constant in its Yellow Rolesor construction (Oystersteel with 18 ct yellow gold), its fluted 18 ct yellow gold bezel, its 41 mm Oyster case, and its calibre 3235 movement. Variation across examples is in the dial and the bracelet.
