The Patek Philippe 982/130J is a one-off pocket watch made in 2011. It features a yellow gold lepine style case. The hinged case back is decorated with Matryoshka dolls in cloisonné enamel and miniature enamel, requiring 15 days’ work by a master enameler, using up to 20 opaque, transparent, and opalescent enamel colors; 1 m of gold ribbon with a section of 0.05 mm and approximately 20 firings.
