The Patek Philippe Chronograph 5470P-001 was introduced in 2022. This monopusher chronograph features two central hands, one of which displays 1/10th of a second – the movement itself beating at 36.000bph. It is also the first non-Advanced Reserach Patek to feature a movement with the high-tech Oscillomax regulating organ.
