The Patek Calatrava 3718 was introduced in 1989 for the Japanese market. It features a stainless steel case of 33mm and a slate grey dial; ivory was also available. A total of 500 pieces are said to be produced for both colors, celebrating the 150th Anniversary of Patek in 1989.
