The 1999 Panerai Luminor Chrono 2000 PAM 45 was a limited edition of 100 pieces. It uses a 40mm case in white gold. Its black dial has a pattern of PANERAI 2000 in relief. it is powered by the Panerai OP V movement based on a Piquet ebauche.
