Part of the Speedmaster Missions set, the Skylab 1 was made to commemorate the first mission of the space laboratory, a mission accomplished from May 25 to June 22, 1973 by Charles “Pete” Conrad, Joseph P. Kerwin, and Paul J. Weitz.A total of 50 pieces of the Missions suitcase with all Missions models and a ’57 replica were created.An additional 150 watches were available for purchase separately.
