In 2008 IWC introduced its Vintage Collection, in celebration of the company’s 140 year anniversary. Part of this collection was the Vintage Ingenieur 1955, with a design inspired by the original 1955 Ingenieur 666.Reference IW3233-12 was created in 2012 as a limited edition of 500 pieces that was available exclusively through IWC’s own boutiques.

They filmed a highly professional video walking me through the watch, and negotiated a fair price.
