The IWC Big Pilot’s Watch ref. IW5010-01 was [quietly] introduced in early 2018 as a successor to the IW5009-12. It is powered by the twin-barrel caliber 52110 rather than the single barrel caliber 51111 found in the previous generation.

They filmed a highly professional video walking me through the watch, and negotiated a fair price.
