It comes in two varieties, one with a steel central case and one with bronze, both featuring black PVD bezel and crowns. The semi-coarse brushing gives them a subtle texture – the contrasting materials play off of the stark dial, for a modern and sophisticated look. While the steel model serves a clean industrial look the bronze version develops an unique patina over time. Looking to the ETA 2824 driven hands the minute is a long white rectangle that matches the width of the larger hour markers. The skeletonized hour hand just fits the outlines of the minute hand and opens up a nice geometric play as both meet each other. The tension between the size of the markers and the negative space in between, the rhythm of the forms and their interaction with the unique hands make up the watch´s minimalist character.
