The Calibre de Cartier Central Chronograph is an uncommon version of Cartier’s round & robust Calibre de Cartier watch. It is powered by Cartier (/JlC) caliber 9907, which is housed in an oversized (45mm) case. Reference W7100005 is done in white gold; this watch was also available in white gold (reference W7100004).
