The Bvlgari Octo Finissimo Squelette reference 102964 features a DLC-coated stainless steel case with a height of only 5.35mm, which holds the hand-wound, open-worked caliber BVL 128 SK. This Octo is presented on an alligator strap. It is similar to the Dubai edition but what this was made for is currently unknown to us.
