Vacheron Constantin Overseas Black Dial Black Rubber Strap Stainless Steel 41mm MINT CONDITION COMPLETE SET 4500V/110A-B483

Born from a love of travel, the Overseas carries the DNA of the legendary 1977 222 and wears the signature of a watchmaker that has been ticking since 1755, older than the United States itself. Think of it as the jet-setter of Swiss haute horology, cool enough for a yacht in Monaco and sharp enough for black tie in Geneva. Collectors who want one watch that can truly do it all will feel right at home here.

Presents itself in mint condition with little to no signs of wear. Set against a deep black dial, 18k white gold hour markers and hands glow bright blue in the dark for a crisp tuxedo look by day and night. Framed by six notches inspired by the Maltese cross, the high polish bezel flashes like a mirror every time you turn your wrist. Carved from stainless steel, the 41mm case pairs satin brushed surfaces with polished edges for a sharp, tailored finish.

Functions include hours, minutes, seconds, and date. On the right side of the case sits a screw-down crown that controls every setting. After the watch has been resting, unscrew the crown until it pops out and turn it upward about 30 times to wind it. Pull the crown out one click and turn it to set the date to yesterday’s date. Pull it out one more click and move the hands forward until the date clicks over to today, then keep going to the correct time so your AM and PM are right. Push the crown back in and screw it down tight to keep the 150 meter water resistance. Inside beats the in-house Caliber 5100 with a 60 hour power reserve, a 22k gold rotor shaped like a compass rose, the prestigious Hallmark of Geneva, and a soft iron ring that shields it from magnets. Swapping looks takes seconds with the tool-free quick-release system, so no watchmaker is needed.

Comes as a full set, double-boxed with warranty card, warranty booklet, instruction manual, stainless steel bracelet, and black alligator leather strap.

Few watches blend more than 270 years of Genevan heritage with the easygoing swagger of a weekend on the Riviera. Picture it at Sunday brunch, in the boardroom, or on a sunset cruise along the Amalfi Coast. For the collector ready to welcome a true icon of Swiss watchmaking into the watch box, the next great adventure might just start right here.
