Pull the crown all the way out to stop the seconds hand, then turn it to set the minute hand and the blue arrow GMT hand to your home time, reading the arrow against the 24 hour bezel. Push the crown in one step and turn it to jump the hour hand one hour at a time, landing first on the day before today’s date and then moving forward past midnight so the date reads today and the hour hand shows your local time. Turn the bezel in either direction to track a third time zone, then push the crown in and screw it down tight.
