Hi! I’m Wilson, a Marketing Trainer.
I create in-depth training videos for my clients and want to build a versatile library of content that can be transformed into hundreds (or even thousands) of micro and long-form videos.
What You’ll Do
– I record videos using Screencast-o-matic and store them in Google Drive. Your mission:
– Edit and repurpose raw training videos into short, medium, and long formats.
– Create micro-content for social media (bite-sized clips), 10–20 min educational videos for YouTube, and longer (1–2 hr) webinar-style replays.
– Mix and match scenes to create multiple videos from the same source content, each answering different audience questions.
Example Video Topics
– How to Get More Email Addresses from Customers ? focuses on website forms for email capture.
– How to Build a Website That Generates Leads ? similar scenes, different arrangement and context.
– How to Get People to Sign Up for a Coupon ? reuses some of the same scenes, tailored to a new angle.
Who You Are
A creative video editor who can think strategically about content repurposing and storytelling.
Experienced in creating content for YouTube, Facebook, and other social platforms.
Organized and able to manage a large content library.
Self-driven and detail-oriented.
Familiar with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve — or your preferred tools).
Your Toolkit
– Proficient in editing software and comfortable screen recording your workflow.
– Able to share editing tips, tricks, and best practices.
– Resourceful in creating multiple content variations from a single source video.

b. Show off your work setup (computer/laptop, monitor(s), speakers, lights, etc) and tech setup – browser you use, other tech/platforms you use
c. Think of one objective you’ve had to complete in your current or previous role. Explain what metric(s) were you measured on (time spent, money saved, traffic/engagement/leads/sales, etc). Reverse engineer said objective with the target measurement in mind. Map out the process that you came up with in google docs, google sheets, or in Canva as a visual representation. How could you have made it easier/faster/better using AI?
