Hi! My name is Wilson, and I run a digital marketing agency that helps car dealerships and consultants grow and scale their businesses.
We’re looking for General Admin Virtual Assistants (VAs) who are resourceful, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. If you love supporting marketing operations and wearing many hats, this is for you!
What You’ll Do
– Your tasks will include (but aren’t limited to):
– Create newsletters using Stripo (must know some HTML & CSS).
– Build and send newsletters via Mailchimp, Mailerlite, etc.
– Manage and organize email inboxes.
– Oversee social media accounts (posting, scheduling, engagement).
– Manage comments and messages on social media platforms.
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and quickly.
– Work with WordPress & WooCommerce.
– Use Zoho One apps (CRM, Projects, Books, etc.).
– Support campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads.
– Assist with other administrative or marketing tasks as needed.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
– Have strong attention to detail and love checking things off lists.
– Are a self-starter who can work independently with little to no supervision.
– Are eager to learn new skills and continuously improve.
– Can work quickly and deliver precise, high-quality work.
– Have experience (or strong interest) in sales and marketing (a big plus!).
– Are familiar with WordPress (a plus).
