Presents itself in near mint condition with some signs of wear. Set against a deep purple Grande Tapisserie pattern, the dial pops like Prince on stage in Purple Rain, finished with a matching purple date wheel and white gold hour markers. Carved from 18k white gold, the 41mm case and octagonal bezel trade brushed surfaces with polished edges, all held together by eight hexagonal screws. Framed by a sapphire caseback, the rotor proudly shows off the Domaine de Murtoli name and emblem, sweeping over the in-house calibre 4401 and its 70 hour power reserve. Flowing out of the case, the integrated white gold bracelet tapers down to a sleek AP folding clasp.

Functions include hours, minutes, small seconds, date, and flyback chronograph. Unscrew the crown at 3 o’clock to wind it, pull it out one click to quick set the date, and pull it all the way out to set the hours and minutes, keeping the time near 6:30 whenever you change the date. Press the pusher at 2 o’clock to start and stop the chronograph, while the pusher at 4 o’clock resets it, or snaps it back to zero and restarts it in one move as a flyback while the chronograph is running. Elapsed minutes show at 9 o’clock, elapsed hours at 3 o’clock, and running seconds at 6 o’clock.
